Swim practice today:
800 freestyle for warmup
400 backstroke efficiency test aka go fast bc coach is timing you
36 50’s (sprint) alternating between free and stroke
200 warm down
20 minutes of dry-land (mostly medicine ball related activities)
Not too hard today but legs are sore!
Some abs are trying to poke out and make an appearance but they are under a layer of fat from eating gross foods and neglecting my bod :((
sweatpants dick is a wholesome source of energy looking at sweatpants dick can give you the protein you need for the whole day
